WHO SAYS IT'S EASY?
QUIÉN DICE QUE ES FACIL?
Nominated Best Actor. Best Actress,
Best Supporting Actress, Best Screenplay
Argentinian Film Critics Circle.
After the sell out success of his
previous comedy It's Not You,
It's Me (No Sos Vos Soy Yo ) in
2005, director Juan Taratulo and
his hugely talented lead Diego
Peretti return to the Spanish Film
Festival with another dose of
romance and high-jinks.
Aldo (Peretti), a nerdy
car-wash-manager, is in
complete control of his life and
surroundings, and he wouldn't
have it any other way. That is
until statuesque photographer
Andrea (Carolina Pelleritti) who
has long since thrown caution
to the wind having traveled the
world for fifteen years, arrives to
rent the neighboring apartment.
Now Andrea is pregnant, and
she's not even sure she can
identify the father of her unborn
son. On the surface it would
seem almost impossible to
love a man as rigid as Aldo or
a woman as unpredictable as
Andrea, but as fate would have it
their eccentricities might just fit
together like pieces of a puzzle.
Co-written by Pablo Solarz
(Minimal Stories ), this genuinely
moving romantic comedy is the
perfect vehicle for the many
talents of Diego Peretti, and was
the biggest local hit at the 2007
Argentinean box office.
