The Cinema Box Office accepts CASH ONLY and does not take telephone bookings, however bookings can be made through the Luna Palace website using all major credit cards. All prices include GST.

FESTIVAL CONDITIONS
All seating is unreserved. All Festival films will commence at the advertised starting time.
We anticipate that door sales will be available for most Festival sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are urged to purchase their tickets well in advance in order to avoid disappointment.
Luna Palace and Palace Cinemas complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for the Festival. All non-English speaking films have English subtitles.
Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. Patrons are encouraged to collect booked tickets 30 minutes prior to the session to avoid queues.
Dates, times and programs are correct at time of publication, but may need to be altered. We therefore reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change or replace programs without notice.
All Festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over, with the exception of films specifically rated in this programme. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the censorship requirements of holding the Festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.
The Cinema Box Office is open daily from 11am – 9pm unless noted otherwise. The Cinema Box Office accepts CASH ONLY but tickets can be purchased online using a credit card.

The Roe Street Car Park has car entry from Roe Street and pedestrian entry/exit on to James Street a minutes walk from the cinema.
