Phone booking for weekday sessions will cease at midday on the day of screening. Weekend session bookings will cease at midday on the Friday before. Tickets booked via telephone or via internet must be collated from the box office no later than 15 minutes prior to the advertised session time of the first session purchased. Please bring appropriate identification.

Festival Conditions
Festival films are restricted to persons aged 18 years and over unless specified. Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. All seating is unreserved.

All ticket prices are GST inclusive. We anticipate that door sales will be available for most festival sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed, patrons are urged to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Palace Cinemas complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for festival screenings. All non-English language films have English subtitles. Dates, times and programmes are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programmes without notice.
